For some, this workshop will be enough to shift how you plan your weeks and structure your workload. For others, it will clarify why short-term strategies have never created lasting change.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what exactly is affecting your executive function, language to separate capacity from character, and a framework for deciding which of three distinct interventions or supports will move the needle for you right away.
