Feeling like if you could just fix your executive function, the path of life would suddenly be smooth?

What if that isn't true?

Tell me if this sounds familiar. You've...

✅Bought all the planners...

✅Tried all the systems...

✅Downloaded all the apps...

✅Worn all the masks...

... and you swore they all would finally help you stay consistent. For a little while, maybe they did!

But then the crash came...the overwhelm, the spiral, the shame.

You told yourself you just needed to try harder, be more disciplined, find the right strategy.

But what if that voice, the one always whispering that you’re behind, lazy, or not trying hard enough, isn’t the truth? What if you're not the problem?

It's not easy being green. Hugs, friend; Kermit and I have got you.

If you’ve ever thought things like:

👉🏼 “Why can’t I just do the thing?”

👉🏼 “I should be able to manage this by now.”

👉🏼 “Other people seem to handle life just fine.”

👉🏼 “If I could just get better at executive function, everything would fall into place.”

…then you’re already carrying the weight of something deeper than disorganization or distraction.

What if you’ve been trying to fix a problem that was never yours to fix?

You’re carrying internalized ableism: the quiet, constant belief that your worth depends on how well you perform in a world that was never designed for your brain.

It’s the reason you push through burnout, overcommit, and mask your needs.

It’s why even self-care feels like another task you’re probably doing wrong.

It’s why you feel like you have to earn rest, or softness, or belonging.

This isn’t about fixing your executive function. It’s about freeing it.

When you believe you’re broken, every strategy becomes a test you’re destined to fail.

But when you start to recognize that your “struggles” are often just your brain saying, This system isn’t built for me, something shifts.

You start to notice:

⭐The shame that used to drive you is starting to lose its grip.

⭐You can pause before the spiral and ask, What’s really happening here?

⭐You begin to trust your own rhythms instead of fighting them.

⭐You stop apologizing for the way you move through the world.

That’s what Reset Your Inner Critic is for.

Introducing

Reset Your Inner Critic

A 6-week small group program for neurodivergent adults who are ready to stop trying to “fix” their brains and start unlearning the ableist conditioning that told them they were broken in the first place.

This isn’t productivity coaching. It’s not another executive function system. It’s the foundational work that makes all those things finally make sense.

What We’ll Explore

Each session will include teaching from Danielle, group work, individual work, and debriefing together. Participants should be ready to engage, talk or type, and share together so that everyone gets the most out of the work we're doing.

Some of what we'll cover:

Naming the Water

Understand what internalized ableism is, how it shows up in your daily life, and why you’ve felt like you’re always “behind.”

Seeing the Lie

Spot the ableist narratives hiding inside your self-talk and behaviors... the ones that sound like truth but keep you stuck.

The Emotional Hook

Learn how these narratives got tied to safety, belonging, and identity, and why letting go can feel dangerous.

Decoupling & Disrupting

Practice gentle, real-life tools to pause the shame spiral and choose new responses rooted in compassion.

Reclaiming Permission

Explore what it means to move through the world at your own pace, on your own terms, without apology.

Integrating the Work

Connect the dots between awareness and action. Build language and self-understanding that will carry into coaching, therapy, or your daily life.

How Understanding Internalized Ableism Changed My Life

(and Why It Matters to You)

I'm Danielle Sullivan

For most of my life, I thought my biggest problem was executive dysfunction. I thought if I could just get better at planning, staying on top of things, and being consistent, I’d finally feel like an adult.

So, I tried harder. I set more alarms. Built more systems. Bought more planners. And every time I slipped up, I told myself it was because I wasn’t disciplined enough. That shame felt like motivation, but it was actually exhaustion wearing a disguise.

It wasn’t until I started learning about internalized ableism that everything finally made sense. I realized I wasn’t failing at being organized or productive. I was failing at being non-disabled in a world that only rewards one kind of functioning.

That realization didn’t magically fix my executive function (spoiler: I still forget things sometimes, and everyone who knows me know that I don't understand how time works 🤣. But it changed how I understood those moments.

Instead of, “What’s wrong with me?” I started asking, “What am I expecting of myself right now, and who taught me to expect it?”

That question changed everything for me.

It made space for rest that didn’t come with guilt.

It softened my relationships with myself, my work, my body, and my loved ones.

It let me start living from curiosity instead of constant self-correction.

That’s what I want for you, too! When you stop believing your value depends on performance, you get to reclaim something so much bigger than productivity. You get to reclaim your self.

Are you ready to dive in?

You might not believe this yet, but…

❌You are not disorganized

❌You are not lazy

❌You are not inconsistent

✅You’re adapting

✅You’re depleted

✅You’re responding to an environment that punishes your natural rhythms

And none of that makes you broken; it makes you human.

What You’ll Start to Notice

By the end of six weeks, you may find yourself:

🎉Recognizing ableist thoughts as conditioning, not truth.

🎉Catching shame before it takes over.

🎉Feeling less urgency to “prove” your worth.

🎉Letting yourself rest without guilt (at least sometimes).

🎉Having the language to talk about your experience with more compassion and clarity.

🎉Feeling the kind of relief that comes from realizing you were never the problem.

Who This Is For

This group is for you if:

🔸You’ve tried every productivity system and still feel like you’re failing.

🔸You’re exhausted from masking or “passing” as more put-together than you feel.

🔸You’re curious whether self-criticism might not be the best motivator.

🔸You’re ready to replace perfectionism and pressure with gentleness and honesty.

🔸You want to feel at home in your own brain.

This group is not for you if you’re looking for:

🔸A quick-fix productivity method.

🔸Someone to tell you how to “be more consistent.”

🔸Another to-do list pretending to be personal growth.
