- Stev Turns, Past Client
Tell me if this sounds familiar. You've...
✅Bought all the planners...
✅Tried all the systems...
✅Downloaded all the apps...
✅Worn all the masks...
... and you swore they all would finally help you stay consistent. For a little while, maybe they did!
But then the crash came...the overwhelm, the spiral, the shame.
You told yourself you just needed to try harder, be more disciplined, find the right strategy.
But what if that voice, the one always whispering that you’re behind, lazy, or not trying hard enough, isn’t the truth? What if your brain is not the problem?

If you’ve ever thought things like:
👉🏼 “Why can’t I just do the thing?”
👉🏼 “I should be able to manage this by now.”
👉🏼 “Other people seem to handle life just fine.”
👉🏼 “If I could just get better at executive function, everything would fall into place.”

You’re carrying internalized ableism: the quiet, constant belief that your worth depends on how well you perform in a world that was never designed for your brain.
It’s the reason you push through burnout, overcommit, and mask your needs.
It’s why even self-care feels like another task you’re probably doing wrong.
It’s why you feel like you have to earn rest, or softness, or belonging.
When you believe you’re broken, every strategy becomes a test you’re destined to fail. But, there’s a moment when this belief shifts, and you start to think:
I’m not going to do this to myself anymore.
You start to recognize that your “struggles” are often just your brain saying, This system isn’t built for me.
And when you recognize that, something really cools happens. You start to:
⭐Notice the shame that used to drive you is beginning to lose its grip.
⭐Pause before the spiral and ask, What’s really happening here?
⭐Trust your own rhythms instead of fighting them.
⭐Stop apologizing for the way you move through the world.
⭐Practice making decisions and following through, even when your inner critic is loud
If you realize that insight isn’t enough, that you can understand your patterns and still stay stuck in them, and you're ready for that to change, The Inner Critic Reset is for you.
An 3-day intensive for neurodivergent adults who are ready to stop trying to “fix” their brains and start unlearning the ableist conditioning that told them they were broken in the first place.
Because you're not broken. And, you are still the one who has to practice something different.
The Inner Critic Reset gives you support, structure, and tools, but change happens in how you show up to your own life.
This isn’t productivity coaching. It’s not another executive function system. It’s the foundational work that makes all those things finally make sense.
This program is a powerhouse, condensed version of my 6-week program, designed to get you results FAST.
We'll meet live each day from May 1st to May 3rd, from 10AM to 3PM Mountain Time US.
Some of what we'll cover:
Naming the Water
Understand what internalized ableism is, how it shows up in your daily life, and why you’ve felt like you’re always “behind.”
Seeing the Lie
Spot the ableist narratives hiding inside your self-talk and behaviors... the ones that sound like truth but keep you stuck.
The Emotional Hook
Learn how these narratives got tied to safety, belonging, and identity, and why letting go can feel dangerous.
Decoupling & Disrupting
Practice gentle, real-life tools to pause the shame spiral and choose new responses rooted in compassion.
Reclaiming Permission
Explore what it means to move through the world at your own pace, on your own terms, without apology.
Integrating the Work
Connect the dots between awareness and action. Build language and self-understanding that will carry into coaching, therapy, or your daily life.
For most of my life, I thought my biggest problem was executive dysfunction. I thought if I could just get better at planning, staying on top of things, and being consistent, I’d finally feel like an adult.
So, I tried harder. I set more alarms. Built more systems. Bought more planners. And every time I slipped up, I told myself it was because I wasn’t disciplined enough. That shame felt like motivation, but it was actually exhaustion wearing a disguise.
It wasn’t until I started learning about internalized ableism that everything finally made sense. I realized I wasn’t failing at being organized or productive. I was failing at being non-disabled in a world that only rewards one kind of functioning.
That realization didn’t magically fix my executive function (spoiler: I still forget things sometimes, and everyone who knows me know that I don't understand how time works 🤣. But it changed how I understood those moments.
Instead of, “What’s wrong with me?” I started asking, “What am I expecting of myself right now, and who taught me to expect it?”
That question changed everything for me.
It made space for rest that didn’t come with guilt.
It softened my relationships with myself, my work, my body, and my loved ones.
It let me start living from curiosity instead of constant self-correction.
That’s what I want for you, too! When you stop believing your value depends on performance, you get to reclaim something so much bigger than productivity. You get to reclaim your self.
Are you ready to dive in?

❌You are not disorganized
❌You are not lazy
❌You are not inconsistent
❌You are not inconsistent
✅You’re adapting
✅You’re depleted
✅You’re responding to an environment that punishes your natural rhythms
And none of that makes you broken; it makes you human.
By the end of The Inner Critic Reset, you may find yourself:
🎉Beginning to recognize ableist thoughts as conditioning, not truth.
🎉Noticing when your inner critic shows up, and responding differently in real time.
🎉Feeling less urgency to “prove” your worth.
🎉Starting to make decisions without spiraling into self-doubt for hours.
🎉Letting yourself rest without guilt (at least sometimes).
🎉Having the language to talk about your experience with more compassion and clarity.
🎉On the road to recovering faster when you get triggered (instead of losing days).
🎉Feeling the kind of relief that comes from realizing your brain was never the problem.
This group is for you if:
🔸You’ve tried every productivity system and still feel like you’re failing.
🔸You’re exhausted from masking or “passing” as more put-together than you feel.
🔸You’re willing to notice your patterns and interrupt them.
🔸You’re open to trying things that might feel unfamiliar at first
🔸You want real change, not just better understanding
🔸You want to feel at home in your own brain.
This group is not for you if you:
🔸are looking for something that will “fix” this without your active participation.
🔸want validation without change.
🔸want someone to tell you how to “be more consistent.”
🔸are not in a place to experiment with new ways of responding to yourself.
If you were to work with an executive function coach directly, you’d easily spend $150-$300 per session and still only touch the surface of the patterns that are actually draining your energy.
Most of that time goes to logistics, check-ins, and slow progress. We do not have time or capacity for those shenanigans! This is a focused, high-impact container designed to get right to the work that matters. So I’m making this very easy to say YES to.
The investment for this 12 hour, 3-day intensive is one payment of $399, or 3 payments of $144.
That’s three days of:
🔸direct, structured support
🔸real-time pattern recognition
🔸and actually practicing something different, not just talking about it
You’re stepping into a concentrated experience that helps you interrupt the cycle and start building a new one immediately.
If you’re ready to engage with the work, this is a very easy yes.
If you’re not, this probably isn’t the right container for you.
Less spiraling, less second-guessing, less time lost to the inner critic.
More clarity, more follow-through, more trust in how you move through your life.
And you start feeling that shift in 3 days, for real.

My daughter has had an amazingly positive experience with her group ... For the first time in her adult she does not feel alone.
I wish I had found Danielle and Neurodiverging earlier but am profoundly glad I finally did.

They GET IT. They totally GET how being neurodivergent feels and are willing to take things at your pace and level of functioning.
I love showing up and handing them my scrambled up, criss-crossed brain, and they help me smooth things out. I'm also learning how to be more patient and flexible with myself. THANK YOU SO MUCH Y'ALL.

The Inner Critic Reset Intensive runs from 10AM to 3PM Mountain Time each day from Friday May 1st through Sunday May 3rd on Zoom.
Each session will be recorded and made available to attendees after the intensive. However, if you know in advance that you will miss a class, I would recommend signing up for a future session instead. As this is only a 3-day program, missing even one class will make it significantly harder for you to achieve the results of the course. If you're interested in this but the dates don't work, please email Danielle at [email protected] and let me know, so I can advise you of future sessions.
Each meeting will include teaching, group work, individual work, and debriefing together, along with a couple of breaks. A clear schedule will be shared each morning at the beginning of our meeting.
Attendees will be expected to participate actively via voice or chat, and to be on camera at least some of the time. I recognize that the Zoom fatigue is real, and support your self-care, while also knowing that the folks who participate the most historically have the best results. We are tired and imperfect sometimes, and that's okay; show up anyway to do the thing. If you know you need accommodations to participate actively, respond to my welcome email and let me know, or email me ahead of time at [email protected].
If you paid in full for the Aligned Momentum Circle before 4/15/2026, you're receiving full access to the Intensive as a bonus! If you did not pay in full and would like to attend, please email [email protected] to receive a discount code before you purchase here.
I'm happy to provide an answer! Email me directly at [email protected] with your question, and we can chat over email or schedule a short call.
