FIND YOUR FLOW

A 6 Week Journey for Neurodivergent Adults Ready to Move Life Forward

The original October cohort is now full. I'm considering opening a second cohort, so if you want in, apply by 9/29 and I'll send over the details. First come, first serve.

Find a safe and validating space to stop performing

(and start living)

I recommend Neurodiverging now because it has substantially improved my quality of life and that of my family. Danielle has helped me through the darkest and most challenging point of my adult life yet and she has done so with compassion, creating a safe and validating space for me to grow in.

Are you exhausted from constantly pushing yourself to keep up?

Maybe you’re actually very good at getting things done!

You’re capable and responsible. People count on you. You know how to make things happen, and you’ve probably spent a lot of your life being praised for how much you can handle.

But there are some problems.

❌ You’ve gotten very good at overriding yourself.

❌ You push through even though you’re tired.

❌ You ignore the signs that you’re overstimulated.

❌ You keep working even when your brain is telling you it needs a break.

❌ You tell yourself you can rest after you finish the next thing, and then the next thing, and then the next thing...

You may even have a pretty sophisticated understanding of your own needs by now:

✅ You know what sensory overwhelm feels like.

✅ You know what cognitive exhaustion feels like.

✅ You know what happens when you don't give yourself enough recovery time.

...and still, some part of you keeps saying, "Keep going!"

⪼ You should be doing more.

⪼ You should be able to handle this.

⪼ Other people manage it.

⪼ You don't have time to slow down.

So you keep overriding your own signals until your body eventually makes the decision for you.

And then comes the crash:

The overwhelm, exhaustion, shutdown, and burnout

Maybe you've spent years cycling between pushing yourself far past your limits and needing a long time to recover, or...

...maybe you've started to realize that the problem isn't that you don't know how to work harder.

You already know how to work hard.

You just don't know how to stop believing that you have to.

You may have learned to rely on pressure (because it works!)

But what if it isn't actually helping you?

It's true that pressure can get you moving.

Pressure can help you meet the deadline, keep you productive when you're exhausted, and make it possible to keep functioning when what you really need is rest.

And, when you've spent years being rewarded for pushing through, slowing down can feel incredibly uncomfortable.

You might even experience rest as something you have to earn.

But, constant internal pressure has a cost.

When you've learned to measure your worth by what you accomplish, your body's signals can start to feel like inconveniences.

Fatigue becomes something to overcome. Sensory needs become something to work around. Recovery becomes something you postpone until you've done enough.

This is one way internalized ableism can show up: not necessarily as a conscious belief that you're broken, but as the deeply ingrained expectation that you should be able to function differently than you do.

That you should need less, tolerate more. and be able to keep going, despite the cost.

Find Your Flow is an opportunity to start questioning those expectations, and actively build a different relationship with yourself.

What if you've been trying to solve a problem that was never actually about You?

What if the goal was never to become someone who could tolerate endless stimulation, constant productivity, rigid schedules, or an impossible workload without consequences?

What if your exhaustion isn't evidence that you're failing?

What if your sensitivity isn't something you need to overcome, and needing recovery doesn't mean you're less capable?

And, what if your body has been giving you useful information all along?

The work we do in this group isn't about becoming better at ignoring those signals. Rather, it's about learning how to hear them, trust them, and respond to them without immediately overriding them with guilt, shame, or the demand to do more.

That means examining the beliefs underneath the pressure.

⪼ Who taught you that rest has to be earned?

⪼ Who taught you that your limits are a problem?

⪼ Who taught you that being capable means being available, productive, and resilient all the time?

You don't have to keep organizing your life around those beliefs.

Find Your Flow is where we begin loosening their grip.

Introducing

Find Your Flow

This Is For You If You're Ready To:

✨ Understand how internalized ableism and shame can keep you overriding your own needs

✨ Separate “I need to do this” from “I should be able to do this without limits”

✨ Practice responding to exhaustion, sensory overwhelm, and emotional needs without immediately judging yourself.

✨ Build more trust in your own rhythms, limits, and capacity.

✨ Begin creating momentum that doesn't depend on fear, guilt, or pushing yourself past the point of sustainability.

✨ Recognize the difference between your actual capacity and the pressure you've learned to put on yourself

✨ Notice your body's signals before overwhelm becomes a crisis

How This Works:

Find Your Flow is a 6-week small group program for neurodivergent adults who are ready to stop overriding themselves and start trusting themselves

This isn't a productivity program. I don't think you need another system for squeezing more out of yourself.

Instead, we'll explore what happens when you stop treating your body's signals, emotional needs, sensory limits, and natural rhythms as problems to overcome.

Together, we'll work on developing a different relationship with pressure, productivity, rest, and your own capacity - not so you can do less with your life, but so you can participate in your life without constantly running yourself into the ground.

What to Expect:

🔸Six 90-minute live sessions

Meet with Danielle and a small group of neurodivergent adults for guided discussion, teaching, reflection, and coaching. Sessions are recorded for replay.

🔸Weekly reflection prompts

Simple invitations to notice your patterns, your body's signals, your internal pressure, and what happens when you respond differently.

🔸A supportive, neurodivergent-affirming community

You won't have to explain why sensory overwhelm, burnout, recovery, or internal pressure can be complicated.

🔸 Space to practice instead of perform
There are no gold stars for pushing through, no expectation that you complete everything, and no shame when you need to step back.

🔸 A chance to experiment with a different relationship to your own capacity
You won't be asked to optimize yourself. You'll be invited to notice what happens when you stop treating your limits as failures.

T felt REALLY ignorant about ableism, and then?

"I was hoping (and got) to identify ableism and incorporating my new knowledge to help me flourish more in my late-identified neurocomplexities."

The Application Details:

How to Apply:

The application asks you to answer some questions to help me get to know you and your needs. I'll look over your answers to make sure I believe this program can help you.

When you apply, I will review your application and get in touch. We'll have a brief chat over email (or your preferred communication method, like Zoom, Voxer, or Discord).

Together, we'll make sure this is a good fit for your needs and capacity, get all your questions answered, and decide which group is ideal.

Alternatives to This Application:

What's The Investment?

The cost for the Find Your Flow 6-week program is $550 USD, or two payments of $280 (thirty days apart).

✨ If you're like, "Yes, absolutely, this is 100% what I need, let me in Danielle!" please apply below!

✨ If you know that $550 is not within your comfortable capacity right now, that's fine and I totally understand - I'll catch you next time!

✨ If seeing the price caused a negative emotional reaction of any kind, but you're interested in the program and you do have the financial capacity to pay it comfortably: Can we chat?

I don't want to talk you into anything you're not into. My job here is just to help you figure out if investing in this program will take you in the right direction for you.

To help, I've written some reflection questions that I hope will help you see your needs and priorities more clearly, and get a better understanding about whether this is a thing you want to do right now. Feel free to copy paste them into a doc and take some time to think:

🔸 Do you already own tools for this work (books, past therapy, other workshops) that you know about but don't actually reach for when you need them?

🔸 Have you noticed yourself saying yes or over-accommodating others to seem more capable, feel more productive, or because you're out of tune with your capacity?

🔸 Do you do better with information you can read alone, or with something you practice live, in real time, with other people?

🔸 Are you looking for a quick fix, or are you willing to sit with something that works slowly, in layers?

🔸 What does it currently cost you (in energy, time, or missed opportunities) to keep managing cyclical overwork on your own?

🔸If this works the way it's designed to, what would that be worth to you over the next year?

🔸Is this the season to invest in inner work, or are you already stretched too thin to receive it well?

If you think this might be a path you want to explore, please apply. We'll talk together before you commit to anything, and make sure it's a good place for you to be right now.
